In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the agam88 website accessible at agam88.bio and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related digital services.
• "Account" means a registered member account on the agam88 Platform, held exclusively by a single natural person.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and maintains an active agam88 account.
• "Balance" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds held within a Member's agam88 wallet, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus credit subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or similar incentive credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified in the applicable promotion.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer or studio — including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — whose games are offered on the agam88 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required by agam88 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or where agam88 has determined it is not appropriate to operate.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all agam88 operational deadlines, promotional end times, and support availability windows unless otherwise specified.

Use of the agam88 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. agam88 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all products and services. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with Clause 11 (Termination).
• You are registering and playing in your own name, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, contractor, or close relative of agam88 or any Game Provider, in any capacity that would give rise to a conflict of interest or an unfair advantage in gaming.
• You are acting in good faith and not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete.

To access real-money gaming services on agam88, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one agam88 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus Credit, and potential withholding of funds pending investigation.
• Accurate registration details. You must provide a valid email address, accurate full name, date of birth, and Indonesian bank account details or e-wallet information that match the identity documents you hold. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. agam88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify agam88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• KYC verification. agam88 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of account operation. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (national identity card, passport, or driver's license) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending completion of KYC.
• Account currency. All agam88 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is required for Indonesian bank transfers or local e-wallet deposits.

agam88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Indonesian payment channels, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal channels and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Limits may be adjusted by agam88 at its discretion, subject to prior notice where practicable.
• Deposits are credited to your agam88 balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform's payment processing system. agam88 targets deposit confirmation within 30 seconds for supported channels during normal operating hours. agam88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or national public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day, and similar).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to matching name verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by channel and are displayed in the cashier section. agam88 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during WIB business hours.
• Source of funds. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. agam88 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit determined to have originated from a third-party account will be reversed and the originating account flagged for review.
• Transaction fees. agam88 does not impose platform-level transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Withdrawal holds. agam88 reserves the right to impose a temporary withdrawal hold on accounts that are subject to ongoing KYC review, fraud investigation, or suspected violation of these Terms. Any such hold will be communicated to the account holder by email.

agam88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus Credit credited to your account is subject to a wagering requirement before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no specific terms are stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• One bonus per household / IP address. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. agam88 reserves the right to void Bonus Credit and associated winnings where it determines that a promotion has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with its intent.
• Bonus expiry. Bonus Credit and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited. Expiry timers are stated in WIB local time.
• Game contributions. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution table applicable to each promotion is published in the promotion's terms.
• Promotional abuse. agam88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from accounts found to be engaging in promotional abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement, and collusion between accounts.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus. Unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of a bonus win is capped at 10x the original bonus value. Winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

All games offered on the agam88 Platform are governed by the rules published by the respective Game Provider, supplemented by the following platform-level gameplay terms:

• Game results are final. The outcome of any game round, bet, or spin, once completed and confirmed by the Platform's system, is final and binding. agam88 will not reverse or void a settled game result except in cases of manifest technical error or confirmed Game Provider malfunction.
• Malfunction voids all pays. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that materially affects the integrity of a game round, agam88 reserves the right to void affected game rounds. Bets placed during a malfunction will be refunded to the Member's account balance.
• Disconnection policy. In the event of a network disconnection during a live game round, agam88 will endeavor to resolve the round in accordance with the Game Provider's disconnection policy. Where resolution is not possible, the bet will be refunded.
• Prohibited strategies. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and funds reviewed.
• Sportsbook integrity. Any bet placed on a sporting event where the outcome is reasonably suspected to have been influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations may be voided by agam88 at its absolute discretion, regardless of the declared result of that event.

agam88 is committed to the welfare of its Members and takes its responsibilities in relation to problem gambling seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the Member's account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure session reminders that notify them of time spent on the Platform at intervals of their choosing.
• Cooling-off periods: Members may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which account access for real-money play will be suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request full self-exclusion by contacting agam88 support. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of agam88.
• The agam88 trademark and logo may not be used in any manner that implies association, endorsement, or sponsorship by agam88 without express written authorization.
• Game content is owned by the respective Game Provider and is licensed to agam88 for display on the Platform. No rights in Game Provider intellectual property are transferred to Members.

agam88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, verification, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.
• agam88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data (bank account numbers, e-wallet identifiers) is stored using industry-standard encryption and is used exclusively to facilitate transactions on your account.
• agam88 may share data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention organizations where required by law or where agam88 determines such sharing is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• agam88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• agam88 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if agam88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• agam88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• agam88 accepts no liability for the actions, content, products, or services of Game Providers, payment processors, or any other third parties whose services are integrated into or linked from the Platform.
• agam88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of the Member's own gambling decisions, including decisions made while under the influence of substances or in circumstances where the Member was not fit to gamble.

agam88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements in Clause 2.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or prohibited strategies as described in Clause 6.
• Promotional abuse as described in Clause 5.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. agam88 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying a dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 per month. The account holder may reactivate the account by contacting support.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Credit and winnings derived solely from Bonus Credit that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. agam88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where termination is initiated due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting agam88 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 WIB business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the jurisdiction in which agam88 holds its operating authorization.

agam88 is operated for and directed at players in Indonesia. You acknowledge that by using the Platform, you do so at your own risk and in full awareness of the legal framework applicable to online gaming in your jurisdiction. agam88 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its intended market.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through agam88's internal complaints process (see Clause 14) may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by agam88 acting reasonably having regard to the circumstances of the dispute.

agam88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, agam88 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any funds in your account at that time will be returned in accordance with Clause 11.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision became effective. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
